Founder & CEO

Nate Cooper, Founder and CEO of C4 Petroleum Transport, Inc. Prior to launching C4, Cooper dedicated 30 + years to learning all aspects of the petroleum industry. Spending 16 years with ExxonMobil Oil company as a driver, he drove over a million miles.

In addition to his driving, Cooper trained drivers and dispatched for ExxonMobil.

Cooper received numerous awards for years of service and safety performance. As a member on the Safety Committee, he was instrumental in helping to develop a Driver Routing System created for the safety and efficiency of on-time delivery -- a key component in this highly competitive industry. Cooper is known for his exceptional performance and petroleum product knowledge.

After retiring from ExxonMobil, Cooper launched C4, recognizing the need to provide exceptional service and value to customers and seeking motivated and like-minded individuals with an unwavering commitment to promoting excellent customer service within the Petroleum Industry.
